One of my Ecoya candle jars repurposed
I loved the Ecoya candles I got a few months ago and after being used nearly every day they soon got used up. The candle jars looked too nice to throw out though, so I decided to keep them and repurpose them as pots. The stylish jars are perfect for plants that don't require much water as there are no drain holes so if you do this choose a cacti or succulent type plant.
How to remove candle wax from jar
To prep the jars I removed the remaining candle wax by carefully pouring hot water in the jars and leaving them for a few hours. All the wax easily came away and I scooped it out then rinsed the jars.
