Healthy Morning Berry Smoothie


Woke up this morning feeling not that great after a fun night out that started with a yummy dinner and end with some great cocktails, so I decided to start my day with a healthy smoothie.

I've been making these smoothies lately with greek yoghurt, frozen or fresh berries (strawberries/ blue berries/ raspberries), apple juice and a teaspoon of chia seeds. I love these smoothies because they are healthy, taste delicious and are quick and easy to make. I'm going to try and get some acai powder or puree so I can start adding that to my smoothies too.
